OUTSIDE COMMISSIONED SALESPERSONS

With sales representatives across the U.S., J.F. Fabrics requires energetic, skilled Outside Commissioned Salespersons to solely represent J.F. Fabrics effective immediately.

We currently have two well established territories requiring extremely organized and driven salespersons.  The position requires discipline and close attention to detail.

#1 Territory covers Chicago, Illinois and South Wisconsin.

#2 Territory covers Houston, Austin, San Antonio and South Texas.

Previous experience managing a sales territory is highly desirable.  Previous experience in the textile industry is not required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and Outlook.

The successful candidates must be charismatic and enjoy dealing with the public.

Customer Service Representative
Fully Bilingual (French / English)

Responsibilities include:

- Answer inbound customer calls - providing the highest quality customer service by dealing with approximately 100 customer inquiries daily

- Entering custom orders - Via fax, phone, email, web orders

- Process custom returns - work closely with the customer to ensure the customer's needs are being met while upholding company policies

- Special projects - as requested by manager

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, energetic and have pleasant telephone mannerisms.  Team player are required for our energetic, fast paced environment.
